DME MAC Jurisdiction C
CIGNA Government Services, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of CIGNA Corporation – one

Since 1966, CIGNA and its predecessor companies have administered the federal
Medicare program. Today, CIGNA Government is the Durable Medical Equipment
Medicare Administrative Contractor (DME MAC) for Jurisdiction C.
Jurisdiction C includes Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana,
Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, South Carolina,
Tennessee, Texas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Virginia, and West Virginia.
In our role as DME MAC for Jurisdiction C, we process and pay Medicare DMEPOS
claims according to Title XVIII of the Social Security Act, Health Insurance
Regulations, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Rulings.
Our offices are located in Nashville, Tennessee.
